DHL Express shipments are delivered by air and DHL Freight shipments are delivered by road. DHL Freight shipments can also be carried by local DHL partners.

Budbee home delivery 3-5 working days Finland & Sweden

Budbee delivers your order straight to your home in Finland (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Lahti, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Kerava, Oulu, Tampere and Turku) and Sweden. Please enter your address at the checkout to check the delivery options for your area. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

You will receive a text message from Budbee about the delivery of your order and you can decide when the package will be delivered to your door. Orders are delivered on workdays between 17:00 and 22:00. You can also choose to have Budbee deliver your parcel outside your door. In this case, the order will be marked as delivered and the package will then be your responsibility.
You can also download the Budbee app to manage the delivery of your order.

International customers outside the EU countries are responsible for the import customs clearance and payment of customs duties and taxes in their homeland.

If you are ordering to Åland, please contact us at [email protected] after the purchase, so we can deduct the VAT from the order. The VAT has to be paid to the delivery company. Read more about declaring the consignment here:

Norwegian customers we are part of Norwegian VOEC program (IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 2045710 – WEEKENDBEE OY) – This means that products worth 3000 NOK or less do not have to go through any additional VAT payments. Shipment value can be more than 3000 NOK but item value less than 3000 NOK.


We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery. You should get your goods within the times stated above. However, delivery times are quoted for information only and are not binding.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address information provided when placing an order. Weekendbee is not responsible for the transfer of the parcel if the wrong pick-up point is due to the customer’s own choice, or for compensation if there is an error in the information provided by the customer.

We will not be able to change a delivery address once your order has gone through. If no one can take receipt of the goods, the carrier will leave a notice of attempted delivery in your mailbox. The goods become yours and your own responsibility upon acceptance of the complete order delivery.

An unclaimed parcel is not the same as returned or canceled order. If the customer does not pick up the shipment, Weekendbee has the right to charge the customer a separate 8€ handling fee for processing the unclaimed returned shipment, which will be deducted from the amount credited to the customer.

Shipment tracking
Get tracking information from your order history clicking the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you. Please note that tracking your shipment will take you to a third parties website that we do not control.

Problem situations
You are obligated to keep the receipt of the return until you have received the refund.

In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days.
